Simple HTML website

Our current website need to be tune up with nice graphics. we're a school. We need to have a professional website, but simple just html and nice graphics. We want this to be quick (within 1 day). The winner can work on our other websites for our various businesses, and will be on payroll. Please leave links to your past projects. This is only the beginning. * We need someone know about ajax, google api such as google calendar and google map intergration, php, mysql, Zend gdata, and some JavaScript lib.(ex: jquery, ...), and CMS like Joomla or moodle to work with us on our current back end system. * We need someone know all kind of graphic and video editing software to work with us on our future projects for our school that is. You'll be paid on the first of every month and will be expect to work min of 1 hours/ week to max 5 hours / week. We do not expect to have a lot of work. Just updating our websites and making other websites for OUR businesses. We're not a web designing company! Please state your desire amount for the mini project and also say how much do you want to be paid on a monthly basis (min: of 8 hours/month to max: 20 hours/month) Please also write a short description about you and/or your company.
