Help with phpBB3 - Style Customization and little PHP

This project will be all based around modifications of a style of phpbb (proglass). - Adding a horizontal menu, styled, and easily modifiable. - Updating the current sidebar div on the left, so to make it eventually slide, dhtml effect, or something like that. - Add the following blocks to the sidebar, all styled following the main phpbb theme: .1 Login block. - Login or Logout - private messages - and in case of admin or mod, link to control panel - Last messages .2 Latest topic block. Last X topics block, posted by, and visits. Paypal block, a donate to an url and if possible a bar, indicating by its fullness how much donations are still needed to reach monthly goal. no digits tough, i dont want users to know the monthly goal. and that can be changeable, not connected to paypal. I will give the coder the data to access my host and make modifications on it, its on a test site OR will give the hoster the infoes and the files to work on, and he can work on them anywhere he wants.
