Developing a Web-based Student Management System - Repost

We require development of a simple, but efficient student management system that we can install on our server and access over the internet at any time. It needs to have two components: 1. Student Lead management, where counsellors can enter details of prospective students and update it regularly based on contact with the student, so that everyone in the team are aware of the students status. 2. Enrolled Student Management which should have some basic following administrative functionality: - Entering demographic details of students - Entering Details of the program the student is enrolled for, when student was enrolled etc - Uploading of student documents such as certificates, transcripts, etc - Complete Fee management - Search function to be able to pull out any kind of report. - Single registration number should be able to pull out all information about a student. - Should be built in a way so that additional functionality can be added with ease. - Separate access for admin and users. Admin should be able to add / delete courses, add users etc I had posted this project earlier as well but it could not be completed by the freelancer, so only Freelancers who have experience in developing such systems must bid.
