Convert PSD's to Wordpress template

I have a number of PSD files which need to be converted to a working wordpress theme. The features it needs: - All boxes controlled from backend - Responsive design - Dropdown menu - 3 deep - Used fonts: Museo and Lato (Google Fonts) or a good alternative There are 4 templates: 1. Frontpage: only the left side of the top needs to slide.(Wij laten u ondernemen) The address box is static. - The 4 buttons (Internetsites etc.) are css boxes in a certain color with an image in the center. - The bottom boxes also need to be controlled from the backend. Preferably with acf. 2. Contact page - 2 columns - using contact form 7 - rightcolumn = the four boxes of the front page but smaller and the contact box 3. Regular page - same as contact page, but with a regular text field. The image is user controlled with the standard wordpress editor. 4. Onderneemit_back: 2 columns and a productbox - productbox has 2 columns - left side is textbox, right side a pricebox and a contact / quote button.
