I need to organize textbooks and their complimentary material, e.g. audio files, video files, activities etc., into individual units. You would start with the pdf's for the course book, teacher book, practice file books, audio files, and so on. You'd then follow a process I'll outline to break everything up and organize it in corresponding folders.
I have done this with FoxitReader, Photoshop and PDFSam. With these I can clip content from pdf's, straighten them, crop them, and create new pdf's from them. You will need to have software that can perform these tasks and know how to do them without difficulty.
It should take between 2 and 3 hours per unit for one person to complete. If you have a perfected process, it could take less. I currently have a book with 10 remaining units that I'm assigning. After you've completed it satisfactorily, we can discuss further text books.
I am looking for someone who is organized, pays good attention to detail, knows how to perform these basic design tasks as I've outlined, and can perform the task in a timely fashion. The successful candidate will receive more detailed instructions from me once they've been chosen.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
