Need BackGround Images Correctly Placed On Site

Overview

There are 14 background photos which need to be properly sized down so that they look perfect on our website. The original images were much larger, and I sized them down myself, but they still need to be smaller to look appropriate on the website. I rather pay some photoshop/design expert a modest fee to do this for me. I need to utilize my time in other areas, so I don't won't to take time to play with each photo to find the perfect size.

The person who takes this job should also have some web development skills. The slideshow background was added in and may need to be tweaked to allow the background photos to look perfect there.

You can see this in realtime by going to [url removed, login to view] (this is our site). Just wait a few seconds and watch each image cycle. You will be provided with the images so that you can import them into photoshop and resize them appropriately and do whatever you think needs to be done. Also if you are really an expert and want to add font text to the photos to give them more life, be our guest.

If FTP is needed, the designer/web developer will be provided with it, so that he can properly upload the final result. Please only bid if you have a track record here, meaning you have quite a few feedbacks to let us know you can do what you say you can do. Only bid if you can start on this now and complete it within the next hour or so. The amount we will pay for this job is about $15. The minimum they would allow us to put when making the post is $30. So keep this in mind when bidding.
