Convert PSD (Photoshop) files to (X)HTML/CSS or Wordpress/vBulletin Themes

I'm looking for either a single person and/or a team who can convert PSD files into HTML/CSS or XHTML/CSS. You must be able to do HTML/CSS or XHTML/CSS. Being able to convert designs into templates for WordPress and such would also be useful. If you could also convert to Wordpress or vBulletin themes, that would be fantastic.
Must be able to do at least one in 24 hours.
Here are some requirements:
Tableless
Tested/Working in Safari, Firefox, IE 6 & 7, and Opera
W3C Validated Code
Must also be able to do:
Header/Footer Stretch
Fixed or Flexible/Fluid Design
You would be working directly with me, so if you can read this ad, that's all the English you need to know.

Looking for a long term relationship.
Talking bulk work here, so keep that in mind in the pricing. Anywhere from 1-5 per day. Looking for around $30 per mockup. Prices for templates would be different.
I'm not looking for beginners, I need experience, with lots of great work to show.
