Clip Art editing (Minor)

I need to good Photoshop resource to do retouch of a simple human picture that another freelancer could not complete. This is 1 picture, that needs to be corrected once, and then placed in 3 other pictures that require retouching of some background for blending in. *** MUST *** be someone who knows: 1) Good photoshop 2) Have worked with Clip Art (Silhouette figures) 3) Someone who can understand and follow directions Should take only a few minutes for someone who knows how to use Photoshop I am uploading 3 JPGs. All pictures have the same image of a female actor. The problem with the image is that the freelancer who worked on it photoshoped it bad and now her hands look out of place with rest of the body. The change is to fix the hands so that it looks normal as she is walking . I would say start looking at with V3 JPG, then JPG-05, then JPG-05. Note that other pictues may need some background changes to blend in the actor after making the changes. Please review and let me know if you clearly understood the task and if this is something you want to do.
