Architectural Visualisation

I am an architectural visualisation artist from Sydney. I am looking for a like-minded 3d artist who can work efficiently and produce great quality render to work with me. This is just a first small bathroom render to begin with and if things work out well, there will be more to come. This project will have 2 stages and should finish in 2 weeks. It has to be done in 3dsMax with Vray or Corona. Stage 1 Modeling, basic lighting and camera setup Once the bathroom is model and add with fixtures (sink, toilet, shower head...) in 3ds Max, apply lighting and set up three camera angle and render with white material (see attached image). I might need the 3dsMax file to further set up the camera angle for the client. Stage 2 Applied finishes and decoration Once the client chooses the camera angle, apply correct finishes (tiles, wood veneer..) and add decoration (I can provide the decoration objects if needed). Then do the post work in Photoshop. Submit the final image for feedback. When the project is done, I need the archived 3ds Max file and the final Photoshop file.
