Phonegap - application wont write to an SD card

I have used myeclipse which is eclipse with an extension to build a phonegap project it has phonegap 3.5.3 embedded ad builds the application locally. My coding is not the best. but its mostly a single [login to view URL] and a single [login to view URL] file In theory it should write to the external SD card the files it saves off the web, but its saving to the internal emulated SD card. I have tried a number of online examples, and again they also write to the internal emulated SD. The tablet I am using the app on is a Samsung Galaxy Note 2. SD cards can be seen and used, just not by anything I compile. ============== So, to sort this job. I need my working app that is currently writing the files to the internal SD card, to write to an external card.
