market provider module for cpanel & whm, in perl

Hello I search a pro perl programmer to develop a module for cpanel/whm, parket provider, please see here for details: (https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/SDK/Guide+to+cPanel+Market+Provider+Modules). The modul must be able to work like this: It has to connect to a sqlite datebase, read products (from table products) and load it into the market shop inside the client cpanel. The shopping cart feature are all given by cpanel, so no need for coding here. After the client checks out it must just write an sql entry inside the sqlite database (table orders). After a product was ordered it should not be possible to order it again. Products must also show up inside the whm interface. For this job strong perl skills are required!
