Hi. I can do this for you. I have ~7 years of experience in PCB Layout and ~10 years in electronics field. Also, I have a lot of experience in Arduino boards (the original ones, but also I've design some custom ones). I usually use Altium Designer, but I can adapt to any other tool, if you need it.
