Using telegram KeyboardButton in dialogflow to get user's phone number and location

When a user salutes the DialogFlow bot and invokes the welcome intent, I want the bot to return a telegram reply button request the user to click and share the phone number and location (Telegram only). You are required to create a functional code that fulfills the welcome intent and is able to return the keyboard button and you are required to create a function that retrieves the return data and store in a function for use or sent to an API for processing.
