Build some software application to compare/evaluate MS excel cell values

The project would involve building a software application including graphical user interface (GUI) using the above mentioned technologies to test the cell values from students’ excel sheet with the model answer sheet (excel). The application would have to fulfil the following two objectives: 1. The application should compare the values of designated cell from students’ excel sheet with the model answer sheet. If the value matches, then application should assign some points. 2. The application should test the value of designated cell (students’ excel sheet) i.e. dependent variable by varying the values (at least 5 random values) of independent variables i.e. linked cells. Similarly the application should create the solution set of dependent values by varying the values (at least 5 random values) of linked cells for the model answer sheet. If designated cell values of the complete solution set for both (students’ excel sheet and model answer sheet) matches, then application should assign some points. The software application should repeat this process for # number of students and their answer sheets.
