VMware ESXi CHR VLAN

I have a CHR (RouterOS) created as a VM on VMware ESXi Server.
CHR has two interfaces:
Connected to PublicGroup (vlan 0) > vSwitchPublicIP > vmnic0 (physical adapter). Where the CHR takes the public IP.
Connected to PrivateGroup (vlan 0) > vSwitchCHR without physical adapter. Where the CHR is sending DHCP bridge.
CHR bridge & vlan:
The CHR has a brdige (DHCP) provided the [login to view URL] network. It is "offered" to ether2 (connected to vSwitchCHR).
The CHR has a vlan (10) provided the [login to view URL] network on the first bridge (1).
ESXi have two debian VM:
First VM is connected to PrivateGroup and take IP [login to view URL] correctly (from bridge (1)). Works correctly.
Second VM is connected to new esxi network group (called MyVlan (vlan 10) > vSwitchCHR). Never take the vlan IP.
Why VM 2 can never take the vlan IP? I already changed the MTU but it doesn't work either.
From the CHR log, I can see this error: DHCP: offering lease <ip address> for <mac address> without success.
Please who can fix it, tell me the cost. Iñ
