Need Simens Hipath 3800 support help. Instructions on upgrading/installing IVR module

We are currently using a Siemens HiPath 3800 in our office. This model has been discontinued and is no longer supported by Siemens, so we either have to upgrade or find a solution ourselves.
We currently us the system in a very simple way - to make and receive calls (through operator). There are no additional modudles/PCI card. THIS IS WHERE WE NEED HELP - we want to install an IVR module so calls received a greeted with a voice message stating for customer service press 1; for Supplier support press 2; if you know the extension of the person you are trying to reach enter the extension number followed by the pound sign; for operator press 0.
But since Siemens has stopped supporting in India, I'd like to know how I can do this myself - I need the PCI card number (so I can probably order it on ebay) and also do I need to get it activated through siemens? If you have experience with Siemens Voice IP PBX, this project would be very simple for you - we have our own network administrator but he's not familiar with siemens hipath 3800 so simply needs your guidance.
