I am having issues with an sx20 and the way it is presenting on the screen. There are some extenuating circumstances surround this with the addition of crestron as the controlling unit. We can work to remove the crestron from the mix as appropriate, but the entire situation is a little strange as the remote end is able to see the presentation fine, while at times the local end can see it, and other times they cannot. Sometimes the option is available to change the view and other times it isn’t.
