Configure server 2016 to special sttings

I Had windows Server 2003 running for long time on our server ... the configuration was working great with other computers on the network... I Decided to upgrade the server .. so i removed the windows Server 2003 and installed Windows Server Technical Preview 2016 - Core so I want the new installation to behave same as old version ... Now i am using powershell to define IPs but finding difficulties ... So a am seeking for expert who can finalize this for me ..
