ERP modules for ERP Project

We need an erp package for our multiple car production management. We need all the inventor tracking with accounting and production moduel. The Basic idea for the project is an Employee/Inventory/Work Order/Production/Payroll tracking system. Inventory is the more in depth module which allows us to track our serialize equipment when we recieve it, issue it to a tech, and either install it to a customer or bring it back to the warehouse. All equipment must be searchable forever and all changes logged so we can get an accurate track. Examples available.
