.NET executable for Linux

Hello, The main goal of this project is to create small dummy application written in C# .NET 1.1 Framework that will be able to run on Mobile devices or PDAs that have Linux platform. Since most of these devices don't have much memory the application has to be autorun from flash or SD card. Please note : if user is trying to copy or move it to device itself (which not likely) the application has to aknowldge it itself and not to run. Details : 1] Using either DotGNU or Mono (the only ones I know so far) cteate windows executable with a small code like display message "Hello" 2] Most important for me is to : a] check if it runs from SD or Flash and not somewhere else b] When application starts get Device info by reading [login to view URL] located on device just by reading 1 record from it. You can have anything in this record for testing. c] If file is not found stop application and send message "application error contact support" d] If file is found but cannot be read send message "application error contact support" f] If OK minimize application (make it on invisible or minimize] and display "Hello....NET on Linux" In addition to this I would need everything to be included in VS 2003 project file so if I need to modify it its there. Some basic documentation class, description etc has to be provided as well. I will test it on at least 3-4 Mobile devices. Please if you are not sure or its first time think twice before bidding.
