Small Delphi Application

I need a small application written with delphi 7. Main aim of this application is to forward all incoming emails to an other adress with their attachments. (All employee messages to my mailbox) The application have to start with either outlook 200x or Outlook express. It can be an addin, plugin or separate application. It has to be hidden. Standart process showing applications must not able to access the running process. It have to be untrackable on send items, on disk or any other place. The user must not know the operations going on. it have to work both win98 and winXP.
