Hi, I am looking for a website to be developed - I would need a reverse auction software where it would be in real time, and it would auto generate and email the persons bidding for a particular project. It has to be in HTTS -Data base mangement - Auto emailer to be sent when someone has posted. - two different log in's for buyers and sellers. Its a pretty basic website that I am looking to get developed. There is some information like forms, that I would be providing and it has to be linked into the website. Website is a B2B website that I am building as a project. i would provide colours, layout and also the logo for the website.
