First use case:
1. Try do delete file
2. File deleted operation completed
Second use case:
1. Try to delete file.
2. Cannot delete file is locked or in use
3. Try to rename it.
4. Mark for deletion (renamed file or file with original name)
5. Try to delete them after restart if the OS dosent delete them
