Write MYSQL queries to calculate specific data and then insert the result into a field

Using the attached excel sheet, I need help creating MYSQL SELECT statement to calculate data from some tables and INSERT the result into the tables. Table 1: T6 - Total the columns where times are set for each day U6 - Total the number of hours for each day Add results to the table Table 3: E37:K56 - Count How Many Times each tbl2_id is between tbl1_start and tbl1_end L36 - Total the columns for each day there is a time M36 - Total the number for each day P36 - tbl3 total number of days divided by tbl1 total number of days= Average number of days Q36 - tbl3 total number of hours divided by tbl1 total number of hours = Average number of hours R36 - Average those two averages Add results to the table Table 4: D60 - Average all the results from Table 3 R36 by tbl1_id and location_id Add result to the table
