We have an old desktop app made in word VBA that we would like to rebuild it as a web application and extend its features.
The App actually does:
Quotations (With Customer info/address, products, Shipment, Tax and Total)
Manually Add/Delete/Sort Products
Import Products into quotations from our online shop (MySQL Database), with description, price, availability, hs code, country of origin.
Calculate Shipping (based on the rates from our online shop DB)
Calculate Taxes (VAT)
Calculate Total Amount
Notes and additional info
Order Confirmation
Generate Order confirmation from quotation
Add Order confirmation to the online DB, with customer data and products, carrier, tracking number, state.
Purchase orders to supplier.
Manually Add/Delete/Sort Products
Import and connect order details from order confirmation and online orders to purchase order details.
We use to buy products from our supplier after we receive an order from our customers, so we need to import product data from order confirmation and keep it in connection.
Schedule shipments.
We add the orders which are supposed to be shipped on a know date into a shipment list.
We need everything to be connected, Customers, Quotes, Supplier, Order Confirmations, Purchase Orders to supplier and Shipments.
Future Features,
Import Price List from supplier into the DB.
Provide a Payment integration with our quotations (PayPal and stripe)
Product Receiving tracking
Packing tracking and control with Barcode Scanners and packing list generation after the control.
