App for iOS and Andriod Real Estate

I am looking for a team or a developer that is expert in android / ios / java / ionic / kotlin / Mysql / Json / Api rest that can work as a group or alone to help me with the development, Back and Frot, of an App that is Communicate with the DB through APIs, already created, related to the Real Estate market. You should primarily focus on end-to-end architecture and then development. The project should include development / review / hosting / testing and everything. I don't want an hourly rate. If you cannot do this job please do not bid. Your development experience, quality of coding (how you write and test your code), mastery of iOS and Android features will select you. I am slow in selecting so don't expect me to hire you in next 48 hours. Your bid quality, attention to details will get me to talk to you. We will chat, go through some Q&A and then I will select you. We may do a small prototype project (paid) too before I put you in a larger team. I usually go through 1-5 selection (Freelancer vendor can give a checkmark) to those who reach to next stage so once you get 3-4 checkmarks, you are in. 1 checkmark is given to those who have read the project and proved that they have read. I will confirm by asking a question if your bid didn't give me password "5 checkmarks". 2 checks are given to those who are qualified, independent and can communicate well in English 3 checks for those who are in my price range (don't ask me my budget - it is $0 if you ask me) 4 check marks for those who are passed in Q&A, interview and probably given a potential paid project/trial 5 check marks given to you meaning you are definitely selected in a team of 2-3 to do this.
