Contractor is to write software that extracts products from a MySQL database in the layout and CSV format required by Taobao's Zhuli software ([login to view URL]). Products must be categorized properly on Taobao with brands and item types grouped together. Similar products must be grouped together on product pages (eg shoe color variations, sizes, etc) listed together. The database currently contains shoes, clothing, and accessories; software must be written to support the extraction and import of future additions to the database, regardless of product type. Software may be required to create data not available in the database and some manipulation of data will be required. For example, if Taobao requires product weight, the software can input "1" for all products missing weight information; price must be changed on extract. Contract will be complete once all products from the database are posted to Taobao, grouped correctly, and software has demonstrated its ability to support future product types. A 1000 product sample of the database is attached. You must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese to be accepted for this contract.
