Go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Report Application Server\InprocServer" and you will see an item "lPrintJobLimit" and that its default value is 75. that means the server can only handle 75 reports at a time. Dont worry about that and just modify the value to -1.

hello, I'm experienced .net developer. I have studied screens that you provided, and I believe that OutOfMemoryException can be caused by something else not necessairly in that particular line. Please consider scenario when your app performs some memory consuming tasks and memory is not being realesed, and now you're trying to generate report and you may get outofmemoryexception.

When closing and disposing the reportdocument object the temp files should gety removed. Have you tried running 'Process Monitor' to see WHY the temp files are not getting deleted, may be the app is not able to delete them (no enough permissions / rights). Also, make sure that the close and dispose methods are getting executed.

Out of memory exception only comes if any report takes more time in processing records from the databse so we have to analyzed our reports and find out the memory leaks so as to improve performance. The bug may be due to the database connection from crystal report. If you are doing lot of calculation on the huge data then it is better to do it from the server side by creating store procedure.
