I have over fifteen years of database design, development and administration experience using oracle database (8 to 11g) and different other tools. Started as a trainee developer to work with forms and reports and that I did quite well with Developer 2000 Rel 2.1 and Oracle Developer Rel 6. In addition to that I also used to take part in the schema management and control. By the time I had over three years of experience, Started taking active part in database configuration and administration. Then had exposure of working as a regular DBA for 9i database on Windows 2000 server. It was hosting a production system for a textile manufacturing concern and was supposed to run uninterruptedly round the clock.
