Make an application client/server that allows multiple users to vote in parallel on a list of items.
On server side the list of items will be read from a .txt file
On client side is possible to have multiple clientes voting in parallel on the list
On client side we can ask :
List of items for votation
Send vote on one item
One client can only vote one time
On server side the list of items has to be obtained from a txt file
Send list of items to client when requested
Has to implment timeout after the First client register for voting and send notification to client to notify that votation is over.
At the end of timeout send items + number of votes + percentage
The Application cliente/server has to use multithread to allow multiple clientes to vote on same server and Multicast to send result to all clients that have sent vote
I need 5 versions of the same program: (CODE EXAMPLE ATTACHED , BUT MUST BE ADAPTED AND NEED CORRECTION
1. Using JAVA API sockets, TCP for multithred, UDP for multicast
2. API java XML-RPC
3. API java RMI
4. API JAVA JAX-WS with web services, server Apache Tomcat , using SOAP protocol, list of items from .txt file
5. API JAVA JAX-WS with web services, server Apache Tomcat , using SOAP protocol, items in votation and number of votes from mySQL database, using JDBC-API
