Bitcoin script trading indicator

I am looking for a freelancer to create a script for bitcoin trading. The script should only indicate buy or sell and NOT automate it. For this script, it should be customized for the QUOINE platform using the QUOINE API which is available online at [login to view URL] However, I would want the ruby API codes to be converted to python language. Taking note that the API MIGHT be slightly outdated. The script should make use of Parabolic SAR indicator and comparison with bitstamp and bitfinex to indicate buy or sell. I do also want the script to show the percentage of buy or sell in percentage. Eg. increment of 0.82%. I also want the buy to be in green and the sell to be in red. I also want the script to be at least 80-90% accurate which can be done. The script should also notify me by both email and phone number should there be a clear indicator of increase or drop of 2% or more. This notifications would also be stored in a back-end database which should include the time and the indicated percentage and the notified person. The outcome of this should end up around 500 lines.
