Sibelius engraving and recording

I would like to use Sibelius to create two versions of classical recordings, one with the shifts in tempo and dynamics and one without. Noteperformer or similar should be used to create the recordings. I am looking to do a couple of test tracks first - e.g. fist movement Beethoven 5, second movement Beethoven 7
