Moodle sign up form (Email based registration page) customization

Hello, I am looking to customize the Moodle sign up, registration page. Moodle has feasibility to add custom fields in the Email based registration form and I am able to add it, however I need someones's help to arrange the fields in the below order. Please refer the attached screenshots for the current order of form fields. We do not have the feasibility to update this change in the Moodle interface and it needs to be done in the backend DB. 1.I would need help with changing the order of the current form fields. 2.A small document on how to do this by ourselves (to make these changes in future) Please quote ONLY if you are familiar with this, I do not want people just quoting, later telling I do not know. My requirement is to modify the current registration form only.
