Write an Android application that communicate two devices via bluetooth

Processes:
1. two android devices: device A and device B.
2. The app will be installed on one or both devices ( Ideally I would prefer to install on one device only if achievable)
3. On app starts, it will establish a bluetooth connection between A and B.
4. The app will then read an xml file ([login to view URL]) in a folder on device B. the xml is as

<s>value of s</s>
</q>
5. If the xml file is available, it will call a web service from A with id, l and s as parameters. the URL will be like this: [login to view URL]
6. the web service will return an xml value which will be like this:
<r>
<id>value of id</id>
<t>some text value</t>
</r>
7. this xml file (we can name it [login to view URL]) will be saved to the same folder of the initial xml file.
8. periodically repeat step 4 - 7 until app stops.
Requirements:
1. Path of the folder, xml file names and repeating interval(in minutes) must be configurable in app settings.
2. Only device A is required to have Internet access; device B is not.
Notes:
1. I am building a prototype, so no need to worry about UI that much.
2. the web service is already up and running.
3. the initial xml([login to view URL]) is already there, you don't need to worry about how/when it's created.
4. if [login to view URL] is not exist or unavailable, the app will do nothing just jump out of the loop and wait for next run.
