Write an Android application

Hi, I need some one to develop a mobile application in ionic , preferably ionic 2 and firebase as the backend , the app is about platform connecting the creative industry together , Photographers , Videographers , Models , Graphic Designers with the Media Houses , Video Production Houses , and Clients together , The app will let the Artist also be able to upload their Portfolio , also there is a feature where u can Rent a prop or rent a location , by uploading some photos for the Location or the prop (the prop can be anything that can be used in a photo session for example an old vase ) The app will have 4 types of users Artist Account , Client Account , Renter Account , Personal Account The client account can post a job requiring for example a team consisting of a photographer and videographer and a model and a graphic designer , The artists then can see these post and see the budget of the client in the post and they can bid for the job , The client can then chat with whoever artist who bid on this job Chat must appear when the job is being posted by the client and the artist bid for this job , the artist account can post a TFP (which is a common term in the creative industry ) which means that a TFP is a collaboration between a photographer and a Model for example , that they would help each other do a photo session for free , both will gain better portfolio so it's a win win situation TFPs will be something like the job posts of the client , but only artists can do it , because clients only can post jobs because he has to pay , but artists together can collaborate in a TFPs, All profiles can rent a location or a prop , a location can be rent also by uploading some photos of a location (like an old house or a studio etc..) and put their rates per day for renting this location or that prop the account of the Renter is not an Artist nor he is a client , so he can't post a TFP (only artists) , can't post a job (only clients) , can't bid on a project or on a TFP (only artists ) , they can't upload a portfolio (only artist) , they can only upload photos for their locations and props that they would like to rent the app can use login with Instagram or Facebook their will be a push notification in the app In the signup process , all artists have same fields , except for Models if they selected models as type of artist they are , some more fields will be added like (weight , height ,ability to shoot nude , etc.. ) and some important field that is important only for models to supply The app design would be designed in Material Design and here is the App brief , What i need from you right now , is to read all of this and the app brief and put a budget for how much would you want to get this app up and running and when can we go on production for these set of features There will be 3 tiers free tier and another paid tiers that will give more features for the users , like add more portfolio or maybe add more job posts etc.. and the payment gateway would be Fawry ( a payment gateway in Egypt) I will help you in it's process ) There will be a small admin panel using any of the free admin panels like AdminLT etc.. managing users and posts and orders I will need a fast reply
