Write an Android application

I have a streaming application. It streams separate events. each event can have maximum of 3 multiple streamings. The streamings use rtsp links. All of the things work fine. so all i want the selected freelancer to do is to create an activity for my project to play the 3 rtsp links at the same time in seperate videoviews in the same activity. the lowest bidder has higher chance of being selected.
