Hi! I want build little application from which user can add any whatsapp number to track. When number come online application will send push notification to user and same notification when user go offline. I want server based application, so if user who are tracking number have not internet connection, it will still save tracking number's online/offline history and when user connect internet and open application, it will sync data.
