<VERY URGENT> Build Tablet UI with Angular2 / Ionic3

We would like to transform a design of a tablet screen into Angular & ionic components; should be responsive and will be tested on iPad & iPad pro 13. The actual project is much bigger, including Several Front ends, and several backends for smartphones, tablets & Web platforms. Therefore we are using this post (the 1 screen project) in order to screen candidates for the actual project. We will not give you any coding guidelines, or architectural guidelines. Because our VP of engineering wants to ONLY work with talented & professional people => engineers who know what they are doing. Therefore, we want to see how you will structure the project, divide into reusable components, and how you will style the components. The following shall be provided: 1. UX specs 2. UI Assets 3. UI Screens 4. Access to Zeplin for UI specs (fonts, colours, margins, heights, widths.....) you can even copy the SASS /CSS from there. Bellow you can find the documents. You can use this to send us your time estimations (in hours) & cost estimations. We do not want you to either over-estimate it => takes too much time. Nor do we want you to under-estimate it => will take an unreasonably low amount of time (just because you want to get the bigger project). The bigger project is a much longer and a more serious engagement from us and you and as such will be discussed after this screening-project is done.
