Troubleshoot xamarin forms ios not working on iphone but works on simulator

we have already got an app developed in xamarin forms for both android and ios, we use entityframework core as ORM and create sqllite database. This works fine on iphone simulator but throws exception while accessing dbcontext on an entity "typeintilizer" exception. You can get access to debug via teamviewer as we cannot share code because of the company policy. Please do let me know if you have seen this issue and got a resolution, thanks
