Currently we've an iOS app called "Spaghetti".

- We need to update the iOS to state-of-the-art language, and add new features.
- Create the same app in Android. Same features.
New features:
- App for both mobile and tablets.
- Copy maps&areas from one measure to other
- increase precission setting the areas (maybe zoom?)
