I need an ANDROID, IOS AND BACK end that collects reviews of persons, products, fads, thing, circumstance or persons. It will have a comments section, with likes and replies with users engaging themselves like a forum. Reviews will follow standard reviews protocol and provide ratings, rankings, comparisons, etc. Users will be able to pair reviews and compare them. The system will be dynamic enough at the back end to effect app changes remotely. There will be a general website that will also collect all the reviews and display them as they come. Please note my budget range and please do not ask me for more if you are interested. I'll also appreciate developers with good communication skills and able to listen attentively to understand.
