Smart Glasses related development

We are looking for a SME to work with us on this assignment. Please read & understand in its entirety before responding. We need to use smart glasses (like Google Glass, Athier, Oculus etc.) or some other device that may accomplish this described task in a project. Objective is for the user to be able to see the frontal view of a tablet or mobile device (Windows, Android or Apple) on request within the user's eye view (while wearing the glasses or carrying the device) in virtual space & be able to interact with it by manual gestures, so the 2 hands are free when this interaction is not required. The glass or the device will communicate with the mobile device via available wireless technologies like bluetooth and or wi-fi. The glasses preferably need to have 2 versions - one for general office environment use, second for hazarduous environment use. A hazarduous environment will require the power voltage use to be less than 5VDC & no electrical spark creating components or actions. If this device can be used with existing clinical glasses & day, night time, that will be an asset. We are not hard set on any of these requirements and please consider them as general guidelines. 2 main tasks 1. Find us a couple of smart glass or some ad-on device wearable products with the development & runtime (if different) products. 2. Build a sample app for us that can be integrated into our MS Vis Studio (latest version) Xamarin app. The sample app must run in Windows 10 iot core & be .NET core/standard compliant. It will do the basic user interface activities of typical touch actions available in tablet apps, so any mobile app may be used. The price range for runtime glass product should be less than $500 if possible. Our budget is flexible.
