Scan and OCR mobile app developer

Mission: Develop a mobile app (Android and iOS) for document digitization/scanning, with automatic edge recognition, and document reshaping of pictures taken by the user. Moreover, the app has to allow operators to dynamically change resolution and/or dimensions. An OCR process should be applied on the resulted image, and return detected french text with their coordinates on the image. Description of the app (see the video) : The app start with a screen with a simple button. Clicking the button start the scanning screen. The scanning screen is a preview screen with a scanning area (red corners), a return button (to the initial screen), and light button (see the video) when a rectangular document is detected in the scanning area, the red corners change to green and delimit the edges of the document The document image is cropped and displayed in a new screen with two additional buttons : retry button (send back to the scanning screen) and the save button Clicking the save button, save the image and send to a new screen where the result of the OCR is displayed ( french text with their coordinates on the image) The app should work in offline mode.
