We have a very simple application for a customer using a rugged mobile device like this:

This device has a built in barcode scanner and HF/RFID reader/writer.
We need the application to scan a barcode label and take that decoded data and write it to an embedded HF tag using the writer portion of the scanner.
That is the simple version - we may expand the scope as the customer uses it in the field.
Ideally if you had a way to do this and test on a comparable device that would be perfect as it would be difficult to ship out of the country.
Please explain your experience and understanding of this project request - I won't award a bid to anyone that just submits a price and nothing else.
UPDATE:
Instead of scanning a barcode - another idea would be to pre-program 60 skus (or pull from a saved file or list) and the user would select this from a dropdown list and then just manually add the LOT# then take those data points and write the RFID string out to the tag using the SCAN or ENTER button.
