Recreate a game [LoLo 3] with Major Changes for Mobile Devices

I'd like to recreate a game that was for the NES back in 89'. LoLo 3. The concept is very basic, and extremely easy to code. I'd like to replace the sprites used with something similar to the original just with better sprites. The developer would have to at least play the game to get a understanding of how it works. You collect Hearts, until none are left, you open the chest, the board clears and you are on to the next challenge. Only reason I can't do this project myself, is that I'd like to eventually have a leaderboard for the fastest times, with new challenges added periodically. The overworld map I'd like see replaced with a reward system (3 star system in place). There are usually 10 challenges per zone. 1-1, 1-2, ....etc Please don't hesitate to contact me for more information about this project. I'd love to see some HD Sprite Pallets used, if not we can find whats best and go from there.
