It's unclear whats the project / app you want it. But I think i can make it possible for you. I back to freelancer after finishing my last project. I am familiar with apps which handle Database, BarCode/QRCode. Web server, send and receive data, etc. I usually use C#, C, C++, Java, HTML, Php, SQL, Access, etc.
