Need an App to integrate with AxiDraw V3

We have a Writing Robot - AxiDraw V3 [login to view URL] We need a software app that will communicate with AxiDraw. The function of the software will be an app that running on an Android tablet (it can be an Android app or cross-platform Web app). The app will allow a user to key in a customized text that he would like the robot to write. The text will be stored in a cloud or a local PC that connect with the robot. Hence, in the cloud, there will be much different text stored, that key in by the different user. The priority of the text to be print by the robot is following the FIFO method, that allows some minor modification for different logic in future. Follow the FIFO method, the system automatically chooses the text to be print and convert to SVG format that allows the robot to print out the text. While the above process is in progress, a signal is generated to indicate the production status. When the robot has finished all tasks, another signal is generated to indicate completion.\ There are two options of the approach. Kindly refer to the attachment.
