Need a App for E Sports registration just like MPL

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. The App would act like a place for registration of E sports. If you are aware how MPL organise PUBg / FreeFire Tournament in their app. My app will work just like the same. The Function of App will be For User 1) Make Registration 2) Make Payment 3) Join Tournament after that the Tournament will occur in the original gamming app, the user will be manually given the Room id & Password via Message. Example :- if a user wants to join a PUBg tournament in our site, the user will have to first register on our app, then the user will make payment, in the third step the user will join the tournament and provide us his PUBg id. After that we will inform the the use about the PUBg room id & password via Whatsapp / SMS. The user need to open his PUBg App and enter the details and participate in the tournament and compete with others on PUBg App. Once the tournament is over in PUBg App, We will manually update the winner list / standing in our own app. User can revisit our App and check out the Winners and even withdraw his winnings.
