I need an app developer

I need an app to help me operate my dog walking business. I need to be able to input client information, phone numbers, address, dogs name(s), and $/service (different clients have different rates). I need the client list to be searchable by owner and dog names. Based on the client addresses I need to be able to select any number of clients and it make a map of the most efficient route to pick all of them up. I need to be able to create more than one route with different clients to send to each of my employees for their daily schedule. Once arrived at each location I need the app to send a notification to the client stating that their dog has been picked and for them to be able to track me while I have their dog until I drop them off, the client would then receive another notification that their dog has been dropped off. I need the app to be able to send out weekly invoices and track which service and how many they received. When I select a client to send an invoice I’d like it to show the services they’ve received and depending on the rate imputed in their contact to charge them accordingly. I’d also like to be able to see employee hours and do payroll.
