2D multiplayer game

I need a very basic 2D multiplayer game built. Requirements for the game : 1) Create account with personal username and password 2) click/tap to walk to location tapped on screen moving around objects buildings etc 3) chat system where players can send messages to the public as well as private messaging which alerts the player that they received a message 4) Player stats health : 10 , attack : 1, strength : 1, defense : 1, range : 1 magic : 1. 5) light attack system where the player depending on weapon can click the monster and if sword is equipt then walks over to the monster to fight it if staff is selected then the player attacks it from where they are standing and if bow and arrow is equipt (and the player has arrows in inventory) then the player attacks the monster from where the player is standing. 6) equipt system and inventory 7) pick up items from the ground and places it into the players inventory 8) trade items from one player to the other. items needing to be in the game 1) sword 2) bow 3) staff 4) coins 5) chestplate
